Each plat shall contain <br />a restriction in accordance with the above as approved <br />by the Director of Public Works. <br /> <br />d. Condominiums. Only one condominium regime may be <br />established per lot as recorded by the "Master Deed", <br />"Master Lease", or "Declaration" as found in the <br />Condominium Records of the County. <br />
