-4- pursuant to the terms of this lease agreement. Movements of air- craft shall be coordinated with the Airports's Fixed Base Operator.. Aircraft with hangar space shall have continuous access to and from hangar area. XIII .~ During time of war or national emergency, City D. hall have the right to lease the landing area or any part or all of Airport to the United States Government for military or naval use, and if such lease is executed, the provisions of this instrument inso- far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the Government, shall be suspended. The lease ~ shall be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between City and the United States, relative to the operation of maintenance of Airport, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent to the expenditure of Federal funds for the development of the Airport. XIV. City shall approve all facilities and utilities to be installed by Lessee. XV. It is specifically understood and agreed that nothing contained herein shall be construed as a granting or authorizing the granting of an exclusive right for exercising of an aeronautical activity, nor to conduct any activity which is discriminatory, and Lessee specifically agrees to conduct all activities in a non-discriminatory manner.
