<br />91-h <br /> <br />C. Access and Traffic CircUlation and Parking. <br /> <br />(1) Internal streets, no-parking area signs, and street <br />name signs shall be privately owned, built, and maintained. <br />Streets shall be designed for safe and convenient access to all <br />spaces and to facilities for common use of park residents. <br /> <br />Internal streets shall be kept open and free of obstruction <br />in order that police and fire vehicles may have access to any <br />areas of the moblle home park. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(2) On all sections of internal streets on Which parking <br />is prohibited under this Ordinance, the owner or agent shall <br />erect metal signs; type, size, helght, and location shall be <br />approved by the Director of Public Works prior to installation. <br /> <br />(~) All internal streets Shall be constructed and <br />maintained by tne owner or agent. All lnternal streets shall be <br />free or cracks, holes and otner nazards. Internal streets snaIl <br />be con~tructed or hard-surraced, all-weather material and be <br />approv~d by the Director of PubllC Work~. All exiSting mobile <br />home parks Will be exempt for a period of four (4) years. <br /> <br />(4) Internal Street Dimensions and Park1ng. An internal <br />street or common access route shall be provided to each mobile <br />home space. SUCh street shall have a mlnimum width. of thirty <br />(30) feet 1f off-street parking is provided in the ratio of <br />two (2) parking spaces for each mobile home space. The internal <br />street shall be continuous and connect with other internal <br />streets or with a publ1c street, or shall be provided w1th a <br />cul-de-sac having a minumum diameter of ninety-five (95) feet. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(5) Two (2) spaces per mobile home space shall be provided <br />for parking and each parking space shall be hard-surfaced with <br />all-weather material, located to eliminate interference w1th <br />access to park1ng areas prov1ded for other mob1le homes and for <br />publlC parking 1n the park. <br /> <br />(6) Internal streets shall permit unobstructed access to <br />withln at least two nundred (2UO) feet of any portion of eacn <br />mObile home. Speed bumps constructed to maintain sare speed of <br />veh1cles moving wlthln tne park ~hall not b~ consider~d as <br />obstruct1ons. Speea bumps are to be constructed at four to One <br />inclination, not to exceed four (4) inches in height. Speed <br />bumps shall b~ painted wlth tluore~cent paint. <br /> <br />(7) Interior streets snaIl intersect adJoining puolic <br />streets at approximately nlnety (90) aegrees with curb line <br />radius of twenty (20) feet at locatlon which wlll eliminate or <br />mInimize interterence with trafric on those pUblic streets. <br /> <br />(9) A minimum parklng area of one hunared fifty llSu) <br />square feet per mobl1e home space shall be proviaed ln a common <br />area for storage or boats or vehicles in excess of two per mobile <br />home space, and for vis1tors vehicles to minimize on-street <br />parklng and to facilitate movement ot emergency vehicles lnto <br />and through tne park. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />D. i::itreet Lighting. Street lighting wlthin the mobile <br />home park shall be provided by the developer along internal streets. <br />Light standards shall have a height and spacing to insure an <br />average illumination level of not less than 0.2 footcandles <br />shall be maintained. <br /> <br />E. Fire Safety Standards. <br /> <br />(1) Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases. In <br />parks in which liquefied petroleum gases are stored and dispensed, <br />their handling and storage shall comply with requirements of <br />the City plumbing and tire codes as applicaole. <br />
