RFA 210 -006
Wells Fargo makes Image Positive Pay reporting available to you through our Commercial
Electronic Office Internet portal and through the CEO Mobile service. Our information reporting
system is fully integrated with the CEO portal, making it easy for your staff to access all relevant
reports and information.
With our Perfect Presentment and traditional positive pay services, we exclude MICR
errors /misreads from positive pay reports before we provide them to you. With our basic positive
pay service, reports contain all positive pay exceptions, including encoding errors.
Check images are fully integrated into all of our positive pay service options. Your staff will use
the CEO portal or CEO Mobile service to access exception reports and view check images —and
to submit your pay /no pay decisions. This greatly simplifies the time and effort associated with
processing exception items.
Payee Validation
This enhancement to our Perfect Presentment and Positive Pay service plans, provides your
customers with extra security against payee alteration fraud. The customer simply includes payee
names, exactly as they appear on their checks (up to 120 characters), in their ARP check register
files for fast, easy implementation. The Bank validates payee names on all checks presented for
encashment at our teller windows and on deposited checks above the threshold dollar amount.
Payee matches are paid, payee mismatches are returned.
CEO Mobile
The City can monitor your accounts and perform time- sensitive banking functions through the
browser of your mobile device. Wells Fargo is the first major U.S. bank to bring you corporate
mobile banking.
The CEO Mobile service delivers mobile versions of reports and services available on Wells
Fargo's Commercial Electronic Office Internet portal to you when you're away from your desk. By
enabling CFOs, Treasurers, Cash Managers, and other key decision makers to connect from
meetings, airports, across town, or around the globe, the CEO Mobile service maximizes
efficiency and convenience.
At Wells Fargo, we understand you want access to your positive pay exception reports as quickly
as possible. Therefore, we configured our systems to notify you immediately, by e-mail or fax with
our Event Messaging service, whenever a report is available. This makes it easier for your staff
because they no longer have to check periodically to see if a report they need has been
published.
4.
