RFA 210 -006 G. STANDARD DISBURSING SERVICES Standard disbursing services for all accounts are required to include the payment of all City checks without charge upon presentation. The City does not have a mandatory direct deposit policy but actively encourages its employees to move to direct deposit. Currently pay cards are not used but are discussed as an optional service. Provide the following information: 1. Does the applicant image all checks? Are all checks truncated? What options are available? Yes. All check images are available online through our CEO Stops- Images- Search service. The Stops - Images- Search service provides you with a convenient way to find any checks, debits, credits, stop payments, or posted items in question, view check images one business day after they post to your account and make or renew stop payments —all online through the Wells Fargo CEO portal. Check images can be accessed online through Stops- Images- Search the next business day after posting to the System's account. Check images are available online for seven years. Image File Import The Wells Fargo Image File Import delivery channel provides you with a complete file of the images you need, whether to make payment decisions; reconcile, audit, research, and respond to your customers' daily inquiries; or mitigate the fraud and privacy concerns associated with long- term physical storage of confidential files. You can download an electronic file of your posted items, returned items, and electronic deposits from a secured location, using our suite of secure Internet transmission protocols. Your images will be in -house when you need them. We offer a convenient delivery schedule for each product type. Scripting software is available to fully automate file retrieval. Choose from two formats based on your technology infrastructure and needs: Image File Import archive -ready format to view, search, print, and store check images in your own secure in -house archive (for example, with our Wellsimage Viewer software) or Image File Import PDF to review and print items using Adobe Acrobat software. Wellsimage CD With our Wellsimage CD service, you can access digital images of your paid checks on CD- ROM. Wellsimage CDs hold up to 30,000 check images (front and back) and can be delivered on a weekly, monthly, or fiscal calendar basis. You can archive and view data and images using our state -of- the -art Wellsimage software. 2. What level of reporting on received items is reported? (Check number, dollar amounts, value dates, transaction codes, etc.)
