We also make weekly training available to you through webcast conference calls <br />from Wells Fargo's Treasury Management University. These sessions last about an hour and <br />they include ample time for questions, while covering the following topics: <br />Signing on to the Commercial Electronic Office and beginning a CCER session <br />Reviewing current and previous statements and cycle -to -date transactions <br />Managing your transactions (splitting, reclassifying, adding descriptions, and more) <br />Viewing your personal profile, reports, and other information <br />Everything discussed is demonstrated step -by -step via the Internet. Registration is available <br />through the CEO portal or email. Participants receive enrollment confirmation within two business <br />days, along with complete instructions regarding the audio and visual portions of the call and a <br />file copy of our training materials for their reference. <br />The City is supported 24 hours a day, seven days a week by our Business Purchasing Service <br />Center (BPSC). Your Wells Fargo Account Manager remains engaged after implementation to <br />support your program administrator and monitor progress through periodic account reviews. <br />In the age of Sarbanes -Oxley (SOX) requirements, it is important for customers like The City to <br />have a high level ability to monitor expenses and have them reflected in the company's financial <br />statements in a timely manner. With other systems, companies must wait for employees to submit <br />expenses. Access data <br />the day after the transaction posts — no more waiting for printed statements to identify anomalies. <br />
