<br />before the City ,Counci I provided that such person shall fi Ie
<br />within ten (10) days ,after the day the notice was served, in
<br />the Offic,e of t,he City Secretary, a written petition requesting
<br />such hearing and setting forth a br.iefst'atement'of the grounds
<br />therefor. The fi'l ing of the request for a hearing sha,ll' operate
<br />as a stay of the notice and of the suspension, except in the case
<br />of an ,o~der issued under Section 5,.paragraphE of.thlsOrdinance.
<br />Upon receipt of such petition the City Secretary shall request
<br />the C'ity Council to set a time and place for such hearing and shall
<br />give the petitioner written not'ice thereof. At such hearing,
<br />the petitioner shal I be ,given an opportunity to be heard and to
<br />show why such notice should be modified or withdrawn,

<br />,0.. Hear i ng; Order. After such hear i ng, the City of. San
<br />Marcos shall issue~rder in writing sustaining, modifying
<br />or wi thdr'awi ng the refusa I, wh i ch order sh all be serve'd as pro-
<br />vided in Section 5,' paragraph A-4 hereof, Upon ,failure to comply
<br />with an order by the City of San Marcos sustaining or modifying
<br />a decision thereof, the occ'upancy permit and the I icense of the
<br />park affected by the order shall be revoked,

<br />E. Or'der Without Notice, Whenever the City of San Marcos
<br />finds tha~emergency~s which requires i,inmediate action
<br />to protect the publ ic health, or safety, he may, without notice or
<br />hearing, issue an order reciting the existence of such an emergency
<br />and requ i I" i ng that act i on be take,n as he may deem necessary to meet
<br />the emergency. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this
<br />Ordinance" such order shall.,be effective immediately. Any person
<br />to whom such an order, is directed shall comply therewith immedi-
<br />ately. Any person to whom such an order is directed shal I comply
<br />ther""with immediately, but upon written petition to' the City 'of
<br />San Marcos, shal I be afforded a hearing as soon as possible. The
<br />provisions of Secti,on 5, paragraph D of this Ordinance shall be
<br />appl icable to such hearing and the order issued thereafter.

<br />Section 6. Mobile Home Parks.

<br />
<br />A. Site. Plan. The site plan shall be filed as required by
<br />Section 2, paragraph C of this Ordinance and shall show the
<br />following:
<br />
<br />(1) The are a and dimensions of the tract of land, with
<br />identification of location and boundaries;
<br />(2) The number, location and size of all, mobile home
<br />spaces;
<br />(3) The location, width, grade and specifications of
<br />driveways, roadways and walkways;
<br />(4) The location, grade and specifi~ations of water and
<br />sewer I ines and riser pipes;
<br />(5) The location and de'tails of lighting,' electrical
<br />and gas ~ystems~
<br />(6)' The location and, specifications of all buildings constructed
<br />or to be constructed within the park;
<br />(7) E~isting and prpposed topography of the mobile home park;
<br />(8) The. location of fire mains, including the size, the
<br />hydrants and any other equ i pment wh i ch may be provi ded;
<br />(9) Such other information as municipaJ reVie~ing officials
<br />may reasonably require; and
<br />(10) A stamp showing approval of the ~ite plan from the
<br />City Engineer.

<br />All drainage, water and sewer and street design shall be done
<br />by an engineer I icensedto worK in Texas. Al'l survey data shall
<br />be done by an engineer Ii censed to work in Texas.
