Mr. James then moved to amend Proposition No. 3 to name the streets totaling $240,000: Coers Street ($80,000); Gravel (Purgatory) ($94,000); Sycamore ($26,000) and Ed J. L. Green ($38,000); and Mr. Cavazos second- ed the motion, which passed unanimously. Mr. James moved that the following propositions appear on the bond program: Proposition No. 1 - Millview Addition ($1,500,000); Proposition No. 2 - Barbara Addition ($500,000); Proposition No. 3 - Coers Street, Gravel (Purgatory); Sycamore and Ed J. L. Green ($240,000); Proposition No. 4 - Flood Damaged Streets ($365,000); Proposition No. 5 - Landfill ($200,000); Proposition No. 6 - Waterworks and Sewer System Improvements ($2,945,000); Proposition No. 7 - Parks ($150,000); and Proposition No. 8 - Cemetery ($100,000). Mr. James then moved for.Proposition No. 5 - Landfill ($200,000) be placed on the bond program and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion. On roll call the following Vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, James, Kreczmer, Mendez and Norris. NAY: Cavazos. ABSTAIN: None. The motion passed. Mr. James then moved for Proposition No. 6 - Waterworks and Sewer System Improvements for Fairlawn, Midway and Springlake Wells, EPA, Storage Facilities, Meter Replacements and Main Replacements ($2,945,000) be placed on the bond program and Mr. Brown seconded the motion.
