-4- <br /> <br />6) Perform in company with City representatives an <br /> inspection of the work as finally in place and pro- <br /> posed to be completed by the construction contractor <br /> for Conditional Approval and Final Acceptance by the <br /> City and approve in writing final payment to the con- <br /> tractors. <br /> <br />7) Attend neighborhood meetings held in connection with <br /> Project when requested to so by City. <br /> <br />8) Revise oontract drawings to show the work as actually <br /> constructed. Two sets of prints of these revised <br /> drawings shall be furnished to the City. <br /> <br /> III. <br />Additional Services <br /> <br />Additional services of Engineer shall consist.of: <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Revision of drawings and specifications after final plans <br />and specifications have been approved, made at City's <br />request, which involves extra services and expense to <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />Performance of field surveys and, where necessary, site <br />topography required to collect information needed in <br />design of the project. <br /> <br />C. Preparation of boundary surveys, plat and field notes for <br /> right of way acquisition or easement acquisition. <br /> <br />Provision of construction staking establishing construc- <br />tion stations and reference points typically provided in <br />similar types of construction work. <br /> <br />Any professional engineering· service mutually agreed upon <br />by the parties which is not expressly provided for in <br />Article II. <br /> <br />Period of Service <br /> <br />Upon written authorization from City, Engineer shall pro- <br />ceedwith the performanoe of the services called for in <br />the Preliminary Design Phase, and shall sukmit prelim- <br />inary design documents and an opinion of probable Project <br />cost within 150 calendar days following the authorization <br />to proceed with that phase of services. <br /> <br />After acceptance by the City of the preliminary design <br />documents and opinion of probable Project cost, indicat- <br />ing any specific modifications or changes in scope de- <br />sired by City, and upon written authorization from City, <br />Engineer shall proceed with the performance of the <br />services called for in the Final Design Phase. Engineer <br />shall deliver Contract Documents and a revised opinion <br />of probable Project cost for all authorized work. The <br />deadline for submission of these Documents and opinion <br />shall be set by the parties at the time of acceptance by <br />City of the preliminary design. The time allowed shall <br />be determined by the scope of the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
