4) Top elevation of valve nut of accessible valves on main lines; and <br />5) Size, location, subspecies and tree tag for trees 8" in diameter and larger. Trees <br />outside limits of survey (overhanging into limits of survey) will be approximately <br />located, but will not be tagged. <br />1.3 TASK 3 - PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.3.1 Design Studies - Review existing plans, field conditions, and right-of-way plans for their <br />implication on design, construction, and schedule and provide options and preferred approaches <br />for minimizing impacts to include: <br />a) Review street and sidewalk facilities; <br />b) Review storm drainage facilities; <br />c) Review Willow Springs Creek drainage channel; <br />d) Review water facilities; and <br />e) Review wastewater facilities. <br />1.3.2 Perform a drainage analysis of Willow Springs Creek that will include analysis of the <br />drainage flood study prepared for the City by Espey Engineers. <br />1.3.3 Review the Federal Emergency Management Agency 2005 Study and incorporate <br />applicable elements into design. <br />1.3.4 Perform a hydrologic analysis for the existing roadway elements to include: <br />a) Determine drainage area boundaries for inlets, ditches and culverts; <br />b) Calculate runoff to each drainage element and preparing drainage area maps; and <br />c) Prepare drainage area maps. <br />1.3.5 Perform a hydraulic analysis for drainage elements to include: <br />a) Inlets and storm sewers; <br />b) Willow Springs drainage channel; and <br />c) Detention pond next to Ellis Street. <br />1.3.6 Summarize required improvements for each drainage element and calculate the cost for <br />improvements. In addition, the Engineer will prepare a summary of recommended <br />improvements for inclusion in the Preliminary Design Report ("PDR"). <br />1.3.7 Evaluate residential roads and driveways and make recommendations for improvements <br />based on existing conditions, and proposed utility improvements. <br />Bain Medina Bain - Victory Gardens Agreement <br />4
