FEES and GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />The Consultant will base its fee for the performance of the Scope of Services for each project assigned on <br />a unit price basis, in accordance with the attached Schedule of Services and Fees below. The <br />Consultant's services will be performed pursuant to the City of San Marcos, Texas Terms and Conditions <br />for Professional Service Agreements (Attachment C). <br />AUTHORIZATION <br />The Consultant will proceed with the work for each assignment after the receipt of an executed Work <br />Authorization Letter. Following receipt of an executed Work Authorization Letter, the Consultant will <br />contact the designated representative with the City for details regarding the requested Scope of Services.
