Shared access will be <br />addressed in the Q.E.A. The agreement will apply across the entire site. <br />6.3 This project will be developed in accordance with the approved StoneCreek <br />Crossing Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) and applicable TxDQT regulations. <br />6A The Barnes Drive extension will be constructed during the first phase of the <br />development and will be constructed based on the recommendations in the <br />approved StoneCreek Crossing TIA. <br />6-5 Per the T1A, a traffic light is required at McCarty Lane and Barnes Drive. The <br />City of San Marcos staff will install this traffic light at the expense of the <br />Developer. <br />6.6 Sidewalks will be providcd throughout the site in accordance with the Land <br />Development Code, Section 7.4.2 and the City of San Marcos Engineering <br />Design Manual and will also be constructed in accordance with ADA <br />requirements. Additionally, sidewalks will be provided along all retail <br />storefronts and will be a minimum of 6 feet in width.
