City Council Approval: Marsh 2007 <br />Zoning ordinancc no. 2007-18 <br />Administrative Amendment Approval- July 17. 2007 • <br />City Council Anwadownt Approval: <br />Zoning ordinance no, <br />6.7 An 8 foot stabilized granite trail will be provided as per the public improvement <br />construction plans submitted to the City of San Marcos on June 15, 2007 along <br />the west side of Barnes Drive and around portions of the wet ponds and channel <br />encouraging pedestrian-orientations. A minimum, 6 foot sidewalk will be <br />provided along the east side of Barnes Drive. <br />6.8 Pedestrian connectivity will be provided across and around portions of the <br />channel by means of a sidewalk or pathway, and a railing will be provided for <br />aesthetics and safety. <br />6.9 Striped, cross-walks will be provided at the intersections along Barnes Drive to <br />enhance connectivity and provide for pedestrian safety. <br />6.10 A bus stop, including a bench and sheltered-cover, will be provided along <br />Barnes Drive in a location chosen by Developer and/or Owner and agreed upon <br />by all jurisdictions. <br />7.0 SIGNAGE. <br />7,1 Joint-tenancy signs will be allowed within this project due to the project's size <br />and the nature of the Barnes Drive extension bisecting the project. Signage • <br />along IH-35 and McCarty Lane will be necessary for users within the entire <br />project, especially those users occupying the conlrnercial in-line space at the <br />rear of property. <br />a. Billboards will not be allowed; <br />b. Joint tenancy signs are the property of the Owner acrd/or "Operator" <br />designated in the O.E_A. which is responsible for maintenance and <br />compliance with this code; <br />C. No signage permanent or temporary, not addressed here-in, will be <br />allowed; <br />d. All sign permits will be submitted in accordance with the sign package <br />here-in and the O.E.A.; and <br />e. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Owner of any <br />single-tenant building containing more than 100,000 square feet will not <br />be required to submit its signage plans to the Operator under the O.E.A., <br />but rather, such Owner shall only be required to submit such signage <br />plans to the City of San Marcos for approval. All signage within the <br />StoneCreek project must adhere to the sign regulations below.
