Light sources will be hooded luminaries, thus <br />reducing disability glare and consequent interference. This lot will be lit with <br />an overall average light intensity of 3 foot candles. <br />East of Barnes Drive and Mixed-use Tract: Light poles within these lots will be <br />no higher than 25 feet above finish grade. An average light intensity of 2 foot <br />candles will apply, <br />Average lighting intensity will be calculated across all lit areas in each of the <br />two areas specified above- Photometric calculations will be included in the site <br />development permit plans prepared by Developer or Owner. Any future <br />revisions to the accepted plans roust conform to the overall permitted intensities. <br />Along Barnes Dr.: A lighting plan is attached as ExhiN S. Lighting along <br />Barnes Drive will be constricted based on this plan. Final numbers and/or <br />locations of poles and fixtures will be coordinated with underground utility <br />• locations, landscape features, etc. before final installation. Fixture types may be <br />substituted with products of equal design and performance as possibly dictated <br />by availability and cost. Photometrics on the ground will be equal to those <br />shown on the Conceptual Lighting Plan. A final Photometric Plan will be <br />provided upon completion of the coordination mentioned above." <br />4.2 Pedestrian lighting. Pedestrian lighting references those areas along building <br />fronts, plazas, outdoor dining areas, boulevards, and areas where a smaller scale <br />light is appropriate. Subject to compliance with the requirements of Section 9.1 <br />hereof, the pedestrian site lighting will be accomplished in the aforementioned <br />areas with fixtures mounted no higher than 16 feet above grade and metal halide <br />lamps of no more than 175 W"'. Pedestrian lighting will be I.E.S. Cut Off <br />Classification. <br />Pedestrian lighting should be provided along building facades on 16 foot poles if <br />freestanding.
