1.1.3 Perform general administrative duties associated with the Project, to include <br />monitoring/reporting, agendas /minutes, scheduling, general correspondence, office <br />administration, and invoicing. The Consultant will prepare and submit monthly progress reports <br />and invoices to the City for review and approval. <br />1.1.4 Maintain an "issues list" identifying the date the Project related issues become known, <br />the person(s) responsible for solution(s), date solution(s) will be provided, and final resolution of <br />the issue. <br />1.1.5 During this task, participate in meetings with the City to include: <br />a) One (1) initial kickoff meeting; <br />b) No less than two (2) monthly progress meetings; <br />1.1.6 Meet with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to update the City on the <br />progress of work. <br />1.2 TASK 2 -- BASE MAPPING <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.2.1 Prepare a Texas Society of Professional Surveyors ( "TSPS ") Category 1A Condition II <br />land Title Survey of the Project site to include surveyors certification, including a metes and <br />bounds description. <br />1.2.2 Prepare a general topographic map for the Project site, which will present a one -foot <br />contour interval based upon field surveys utilizing a 50 foot grid. The Consultant will include the <br />location of trees and visible improvements on the topographic map. The Consultant will show <br />the general location of public underground utilities on available maps and records and results of <br />"utility" locates. During this task, the Consultant will meet with the City to obtain and review <br />future plans for infrastructure that may affect the Project site. In addition, the Consultant will <br />establish soil boring locations and surface elevations by field survey. <br />1.2.3 Prepare and provide the City with a geotechnical report for the Project site to include: <br />a) One (1) 15 foot deep boring for the concession building; and <br />b) Three (3) 20 foot deep borings for the sports field lighting. <br />This geotechnical report will include recommendations for the design of the building foundation, <br />sports field lighting footings and structural considerations. <br />1.2.4 Provide the City with an asbestos survey of the building that currently exists on the <br />soccer fields at the Project site. The Consultant will provide the City with a letter report and <br />laboratory results as per State requirements. <br />Luck Design — Gary Sports Complex Improvements -- Phase I Project Agreement <br />3 <br />
