right of way issues, traffic control, utility engineering, permitting and other services as <br />previously approved. <br />1.5.8 Ensure that no reports, maps, or other documents produced in whole or in part under this <br />Agreement will be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of the Consultant. <br />1.5.9 Obtain approval from the City Project Manager of all technical Plans, Specifications and <br />Estimates ( "PS &E ") necessary for successful completion of the Project prior to allowing the <br />construction contract to be let for bid. <br />1.5.10 Provide the following deliverables for this Task: <br />a) Two reproducible documents, one in Pdf format and one in CAD format and three <br />copies of all P S &E. All plans will be in ledger size (I l inch x 17 inch or 24 inch x 36 <br />inch as appropriate). All scalable plans will have a graphic scale -bar on each <br />individual sheet; <br />b) One reproducible document in digital format and three copies of the completed final <br />Bid Items and Specifications; and <br />c) A sealed final opinion of probable construction cost to the City in Pdf format. <br />d) Provide design plan view sheets, design standard details and design specifications at <br />100 percent complete. <br />e) All design documents, including all master CAD design files, sheet files, calculation <br />files (including hand calculations, spreadsheet calculations, drainage input/output, <br />quantities, etc.) and any other documentation related to the project design. The <br />Consultant will supply these documents in electronic format. <br />1.6 TASK 6 — FINAL CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, BIDDING AND <br />CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />The Construction phase of this Project will commence with the award of the construction <br />contract and will terminate when the City accepts the Project. For the girl's fast pitch softball <br />complex portion of the Project, the Consultant will: <br />Final Construction Documents <br />1.6.1 Prepare construction documents and specifications to allow bidding and construction <br />(estimated at $2,400,000.00 for construction only) as outlined in a meeting with the City on April <br />8, 2010. These construction documents will include: <br />a) Site layout plans with dimensional control information necessary to construct site <br />improvements, including general building locations, site grading and drainage, utility, <br />site lighting for the ball fields and general pedestrian walkway improvements. <br />Luck Design — Gary sports Complex Improvements — Phase I Project Agreement <br />7 <br />
