Cummings by deed of record in Volume 228, Page 527 of the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, and being an angle point in the south line of said 62.173 acre tract, from which a 1/2" iron rebar found with plastic cap which reads "C.D.S. MAUERY S.A.
