1. 13.1 Develop a draft report for submission to the City for review and comment prior to the <br />development of the final report. The following items shall be addressed in the draft report: <br />a) <br />Executive Summary <br />b) <br />General <br />c) <br />Conclusions and Recommendations <br />1) <br />Recommended Replacement/Rehabilitation Cost Estimates; <br />2) <br />Public Sector Repairs - Capital Improvement Program; and <br />3) <br />Private Sector Repairs. <br />d) <br />Expected <br />Reduction in Peak Inflow and Infiltration <br />1) <br />Total I/I Reduction; <br />2) <br />Public I/I Reduction; and <br />3) <br />Private I/I Reduction. <br />e) <br />Tabular listings for all data acquired in the following categories: <br />1) <br />Manhole and cleanout inspection summary; <br />2) <br />Manhole defects; <br />3) <br />Pipeline defects; <br />4) <br />Lateral defects; <br />5) <br />Wastewater main summary by basin and pipe size; <br />6) <br />Root infestation data; <br />7) <br />Smoke test data— deficiency and location; <br />8) <br />TV inspection by segment, length, and pipe diameter; and <br />9) <br />Additional recommended TV work, if any, by segment, length, and pipe diameter. <br />f) <br />Tabular listing of the following data: <br />1) <br />Recommendations: <br />a) Rehabilitation recommendation per deficiency, including estimated <br />percentage and total infiltration and inflow removal to be achieved, <br />and estimated cost; and <br />b) Summary of recommended plan, including estimated percentage and total <br />infiltration and inflow to be removed, and cost. <br />1. 13.2 Provide five (5) copies, as well as one digital copy in Word and PDF, of the Draft Report <br />to the City for review and comment. The data and conclusions presented in the draft report will <br />be subject to finalization by the Consultant based on comments from the City. <br />1.14 TASK 14 — FINAL REPORT <br />The Consultant will: <br />1.14.1 Develop a final report, which incorporates comments from the City stemming from the <br />draft report. The final report will include the following items: <br />a) Review and evaluation of City comments, and incorporation as appropriate; <br />b) Provision of a table of recommended segments to be replaced or rehabilitated in a <br />format directed by the City's representative for Capital Planning purposes. <br />Burgess and Niple, Inc.
