f) Coordinate with UPRR to obtain rail -road timing plans for traffic signal pre- <br />emption at the proposed intersection of Loop 82 and Laurel Street. <br />1.8.4 Deliverables. As part of this Task 1.6 deliver to the City: <br />1) Documentation of the results of the signal warrant analysis in a letter report for <br />submission to TxDOT and the City. <br />2) Prepare a draft signal design plan, quantity estimates, and specifications for the <br />proposed intersection of Loop 82 at Laurel Street and existing intersection of Loop 82 <br />at Post Road and deliver to the City for approval. The draft signal plans will include <br />proposed signal layout, elevations, conductor /conduit schedule, phasing information, <br />wiring information, detection, pavement marking and signing, signal pole foundation <br />design, and applicable signal standards. <br />1.9 TASK 9 — MISCELLANEOUS - ROADWAY (TxDOT Function Code 163) <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.9.1 Miscellaneous. Prepare the following miscellaneous plan sheets: <br />1) A project title sheet; <br />2) Index sheet; and <br />3) Project layout sheets <br />1.9.2 Indicate on the plans the location of power sources and existing conduit runs. <br />1.9.3 Include non - standard roadway details, as well as applicable standard details in the plans. <br />1.9.4 Compile a bridge aesthetic package during Task 2, Route and Design Studies to include: <br />1) Sketches of the three (3) different bent configurations. <br />2) Elevation views of bridge and retaining wall aesthetic elements. <br />3) Aesthetic plan sheets for the bridge and retaining wall elements, for inclusion into the <br />plans. <br />and coordinate the aesthetic plan with TxDOT, the City of San Marcos and Texas State <br />University. <br />1.9.5 Prepare a hardscape plan for the Project including details of proposed features. <br />1.9.6 Prepare plan sheets with quantity summary tables for design elements.
