1) The electrical scope of work for the Project consists of providing roadway <br />illumination and electrical circuitry to support the proposed Project and associated <br />traffic signal intersections. <br />2) Locate the overpass lighting standards along the bridge with the conduits routed <br />within the roadway. The Engineer's lighting design will comply with TxDOT <br />standards regarding proper pole height, pole construction, Illumination Engineering <br />Society ( "IES ") handbook lighting pattern distribution application, and additional <br />pole characteristics. The Engineer will achieve the bridge roadway illumination <br />through bridge- mounted standards. <br />3) Provide design for two (2) new electrical services at each side of the bridge to provide <br />power for the roadway lighting and traffic signals. <br />4) The Engineer will accomplish lighting design utilizing visual lighting software and <br />TxDOT templates. <br />1.9.9 The following drawings will be prepared: <br />1) Electrical Symbols and Abbreviations. <br />2) Lighting plan sheets. <br />3) Power Distribution sheets. <br />4) One -line Diagram. <br />5) Panel Schedules. <br />6) Pole & Fixture Schedules. <br />7) Installation Detail Sheets. <br />1.9.10 Deliverables. As part of this Task 1.9 deliver to the City: <br />1) Two (2) 11x17 paper copies of the 30 %, 60% and 90% plans for review before <br />submitting the final set of plans to the City and TxDOT approval. <br />2) Ten (10) copies of the final plans and one (1) Mylar set of plans. <br />1.10 TASK 10 — BRIDGE DESIGN (TxDOT Function Code 170) <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.10.1 During Task 2 — Route and Design Studies: <br />1) Determine economic bridge and span lengths; <br />2) Develop preliminary schematic level bridge plan sheets for TxDOT Austin District <br />Office concurrence; <br />3) Attend up to three (3) bridge coordination meetings with TxDOT and City personnel; <br />4) Determine preliminary steel I- shaped plate girder structure depths; <br />5) Determine preliminary bent structure and concrete span depths; <br />6) Update preliminary UPRR Exhibit A with UPRR/TxDOT negotiated comments. <br />HDR — Loop 82 Project Agreement <br />25 <br />
