Mayor Narvaiz suggested the rules of procedure availability be <br />mentioned in the Ordinance. Mr. Thomaides stated he feels the Ordinance <br />should be tabled until the City Council Meeting after the City Election in <br />November. Mr. Taylor stated he feels the Ethics Ordinance should not be <br />amended 90 days before an Election. Mr. Taylor moved to table until the <br />second meeting in Novemberr and Mr. Thomaides seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration reconsideration of Ordinances. <br />The Council did not wish to reconsider these Ordinances. Mr. Thomaides inquired whether the Council would <br />be given new information for the Bond Election. He also inquired whether <br />the Workshop would be an Open Forum. Mayor Narvaiz stated there is new <br />information on several projects and the Workshop would be an Open Forum. <br />The Council agreed by consensus to allow the City Clerk's Office to call the <br />Council to find a date for the Workshop. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced a discussion regarding revisiting Downtown Alley <br />One-Way Designation between Hopkins, Guadaluper N. LBJ and Hutchinson <br />Street. Mr. O'Leary stated last year the Council directed staff to bring <br />back this issue in one year. He stated the San Marcos Parking Advisory <br />Board has recommended keeping the current designation. Mr. Diaz inquired as <br />to the repair work being done in the alley between Guadalupe and LBJ. Mr. <br />O'Leary stated the Water\Wastewater Department will be replacing the old <br />water and wastewater lines in the alley prior to repaving the alley. Mr. <br />Thomaides inquired whether there were conflicts with the new routing of <br />traffic between Guadalupe and LBJ. He stated the new routing seems to have <br />
