Mr. Thomaides stated he was contacted by the family of Anita <br />Reyes regarding naming the Park on Broadway after Mrs. Reyes. Mr. O'Leary <br />stated the County owns the land which Broadway Park sets on. Mr. <br />Mihalkanin stated he supports asking the County to consider naming the <br />Broadway Park after Anita Reyes. He also stated the policy for naming <br />something after a person states they must be deceased for at least two <br />years. Mayor Narvaiz stated the two-year requirement is because at the <br />time of a person's death is an emotional time and rushing may cause someone <br />
