The motion <br />carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />16. 8:OOPM Public Hearing to receive comments for and against an annexation to the City an <br />area consisting of 6.17 acres, more or less, out of JM Veramendi Survey No 2 (A -17 -2 TR 280) <br />located west of Post Road (south Booth Street and north of Claremont Street); approving a <br />service plan for this area. <br />At approximately 8:04 p.m. Mayor Guerrero opened the Public Hearing. <br />Dianne Wassenich, 11 Tanglewood, stated that she cannot believe that this neighborhood is being <br />ready to be destroyed. Can you not leave some areas of town with SF? <br />There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was closed at 8:05 p.m. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Prather and a second by Council Member <br />Porterfield, the City Council voted (6) for and (2) opposed, Council Members Terry and Jones, to <br />approve the service plan for this area.
