<br />1.11 TASK 10 - HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.11.1 Perform an analysis of the effects of each alternative scenario and resulting level of flood <br />protection with respect to each flood event. <br /> <br />1.11.2 Prepare a detailed report that summarizes the teclmical aspects of the study and modeling <br />results, which will include a comprehensive presentation of the methods of analysis, summary of <br />results, exhibits, and model output. The Engineer will present these results at public meeting <br />number two. <br /> <br />1.11.3 Prepare for and attend Advisory Committee meetings numbers 8 and 9, and public <br />meeting number 2. <br /> <br />1.12-TASK 11- BENEFIT/COST ANALYIS <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.12.1 Prepare a benefit/cost analysis for each of the proposed alternatives identified in Section <br />1.10. The Engineer will measure the benefit of each alternative in terms of level of <br />protection/reduction of flood damages, impacts, right-of-way requirements, environmental <br />impacts, etc which will be weighed against the cost of the improvement scenario. <br /> <br />1.12.2 Present a set of optimum solutions based on the benefit/cost analysis, in a written report <br />to the City which will document the benefit criteria, cost information and other considerations. <br />The Engineer will present the results of the Benefit/Cost Analysis at public meeting number <br />three. <br /> <br />1.12.3 Prepare for a-d attend Advisory Committee meetings numbers 10 and 11, and public <br />meeting number 3. <br /> <br />1.13-TASK 12 - PREPARATION OF ELEVATION CERTIFICATES <br /> <br />The Engineer will: <br /> <br />1.13.1 Establish temporary benchmarks in areas to be surveyed by the City to facilitate the slab <br />elevation readings. <br /> <br />1.13.2 Prepare for and attend Advisory Committee meeting number 11. <br /> <br />1.14-TASK 13 - IMPLEMENTATION AND PHASING <br /> <br />Espey Agreement <br /> <br />6 <br />
