1.11 TASK 10 - HYDROLOGIC AND HYDRAULIC ANALYSIS OF ALTERNATIVES The Engineer will: 1.11.1 Perform an analysis of the effects of each alternative scenario and resulting level of flood protection with respect to each flood event. 1.11.2 Prepare a detailed report that summarizes the teclmical aspects of the study and modeling results, which will include a comprehensive presentation of the methods of analysis, summary of results, exhibits, and model output. The Engineer will present these results at public meeting number two. 1.11.3 Prepare for and attend Advisory Committee meetings numbers 8 and 9, and public meeting number 2. 1.12-TASK 11- BENEFIT/COST ANALYIS The Engineer will: 1.12.1 Prepare a benefit/cost analysis for each of the proposed alternatives identified in Section 1.10. The Engineer will measure the benefit of each alternative in terms of level of protection/reduction of flood damages, impacts, right-of-way requirements, environmental impacts, etc which will be weighed against the cost of the improvement scenario. 1.12.2 Present a set of optimum solutions based on the benefit/cost analysis, in a written report to the City which will document the benefit criteria, cost information and other considerations. The Engineer will present the results of the Benefit/Cost Analysis at public meeting number three. 1.12.3 Prepare for a-d attend Advisory Committee meetings numbers 10 and 11, and public meeting number 3. 1.13-TASK 12 - PREPARATION OF ELEVATION CERTIFICATES The Engineer will: 1.13.1 Establish temporary benchmarks in areas to be surveyed by the City to facilitate the slab elevation readings. 1.13.2 Prepare for and attend Advisory Committee meeting number 11. 1.14-TASK 13 - IMPLEMENTATION AND PHASING Espey Agreement 6
