EXPERIENCE
Mr. Moody's experience includes engineering, design and project management in the areas of hydrology,
hydraulics, overall drainage planning, utility design, and land development. His services includes the analysis and
design of utility systems, watershed studies, detention systems, FEMA map revision process, bridges, stonn
sewers, drainage ditches, erosion protection, culverts, stormwater pump stations, fountain pmnp stations, lake
aerati~ and lake amenity systems. Mr. Moody is also proficient in the use of engineering related software that
include HEC-HM:S, HEC-FFA, HEC-l, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, ICPR (Interconnected channel & Pond Routing,
1995), Haestad Storm CAD, Haestad Flowmaster PE, Haestad Water CAD, and Haestad Pond Park.
Representative project experience in water resources engineering include:

Woodcreek Master Drainage Plan, City of Wood creek: Performed the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis on
Hog Creek The study identified existing areas of flooding and developed a phased improvement plan of the
creek in order to contain the frequent flooding. The recommended improvements involved approximately 1,500
feet of channel improvements and one bridge upgrade. Close conununity involvement ensured an aesthetic,
practical and favorable solution for all parties involved.

Travis County Landfill Channel Diversion, Travis County: Performed the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
and also designed and prepared the construction docmnents to realign a 3,000 foot drainage channel within the
134 acre Travis County Landfill. The relocation of the drainage channel served to increase the potential fill
volume of the landfill. A Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) was also granted for the proposed
improvements. This project has recently been constructed and efforts are underway to process a Letter of Map
Revisions (LOMR).

Bastrop Village Stormwater Masterplan, Bastrop, Texas: Performed the hydrologic and hydraulic analysis
unnamed tributaries of Cedar Creek extending through the 223 acre Bastrop Village Development. These analyses
were in support of the Bastrop Village Development located west of State Hwy 20 and south of State Hwy 71 in
Bastrop, Texas. The reconunended improvements associated with this stonnwater masterplan include two inline
wet ponds and two culvert crossings associated with two proposed thoroughfares that will traverse the
development

Southwest C Pump Station, Austin, Texas: Project Engineer and Manager of design team for the preparation of a
preliminary report that determined the system needs required to meet the demands of the Southwest C Pressure Zone
(SWC) Improvements Project The study verifies the suitability of the Slaughter Lane Reservoir and Pwnp Station
site for a future SWC Pwnp Station location and provides recommendations for improvements to the existing
infrastructure. In addition, a preliminary design based on the recommendations of the study was provided.. The
recommendations :from this project are currently being scoped for design.

RosedaleJRidgelea Storm Drain Analysis, Austin, Texas: Project engineer for the analysis and preliminary
engineering of the existing storm sewers serving the Rosedale and Ridgelea neighborhoods along Shoal Creek
near Shoal Creek Boulevard. The Rosedale neil!hborhood (approximately 336 acres) and the Ridgelea
