<br />Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.5 Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Consultant and/or its subconsultants, contractors, <br />and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Consultant's <br />responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Consultant will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Consultant <br />will advise the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its services, and the <br />Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.1.7 The Consultant has, or will secure at its own expense, all personnel required to perform <br />the services specified in this Agreement These personnel will not be employees of or have any <br />other contractual relationship with the City. Judy Langford will serve as the Consultant's <br />designated representative and is authorized to act in all matters related to this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.8 The Consultant will be fully responsible for payments of Federal, State and local taxes <br />under the Social Security, worker's compensation, and income tax laws. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Develop a record keeping system consistent with the Program guidelines, including the <br />establishment and maintenance of a filing system. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Provide advice and technical assistance to the City on the implementation of Program <br />regulatory matters. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Provide the City with the necessary Program procedures and forms as required to <br />implement the Project. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Assist the City in meeting all TDHCA special conditions requirements that may be <br />stipulated in the contract between the City and TDHCA. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Conduct environmental clearance procedures as required and as requested by the City. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Prepare and submit to the City and to TDHCA Program set-up, Program completion, <br />HUB and other required reports. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Establish procedures to document expenditures associated with the City's administration <br />of the Project. <br /> <br />Langford Contract <br /> <br />2 <br />
