<br />(a) Following preparation of the existing conditions model. Specific items that will be <br />reviewed with the City include the physical description of the system, system <br />demand development, and demand distribution. <br /> <br />(b) Following completion of calibration efforts for the existing conditions, including <br />both static and extended period simulation calibration. <br /> <br />(c) Following the development of the recommendations for future improvements. <br />Specific items that will be reviewed with the City include future demand projections, <br />demand distribution, and recommended improvements. <br /> <br />1.13.4 Provide the following specific deliverables to the City: <br /> <br />(a) Monthly progress updates to accompany monthly invoices prepared on the City's <br />forms. <br />(b) Technical Memorandum accompanying the existing conditions model. (5 copies) <br />(c) Technical Memorandum summarizing historical demands, existing demand <br />distribution, and unaccounted for water analysis. (5 copies) <br />(d) Technical Memorandum accompanying the proposed master meter locations. (5 <br />copies) <br />(e) Technical Memoranda transmitting the results of all field activities. (5 copies) <br />(f) Technical Memorandum accompanying the calibration results. (5 copies) <br />(g) Technical Memorandum accompanying future demand projections and distribution. <br />(5 copies) <br />(h) Technical Memorandum accompanying the water quality evaluation. (5 copies) <br />(i) Draft Water Master Plan Report. (10 copies) <br />(j) Final Water Master Plan Report. (20 copies) <br />(k) Upgraded WaterCAD license. <br />(1) Electronic copy of hydraulic model files for existing and proposed conditions. <br />(m) Water System Design Criteria Manual. (20 hard copies and electronic copy.) <br />(n) Electronic database of existing water system infrastructure, including available <br />physical descriptions such as diameter, length, age, and material. This information <br />will be used by the City in preparation of its response to the GASB 34 requirements. <br /> <br />1.14 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />1.14.1 The City may direct the Engineer to perform services outside of the scope of the Basic <br />Services described in Sections 1.1 through 1.13 above. Additional Services may include the <br />following: <br /> <br />(a) Additional field verification services. <br />(b) Additional master meter installations. <br />(c) Additional copies of project deliverables. <br /> <br />9 <br />
