<br />the proposed development: <br /> <br />(I) Does not have slopes of over 15 per cent and does not have erodible soils, as <br />identified in section 94.111, on more than 15 per cent of the tract; or <br /> <br />(2) Does not have slopes of over 15 per cent and is on a tract of less than two acres. <br /> <br />Sec. 94.104. Construction sequencingl and erosion controls, and water quality. <br /> <br />(a) A comprehensive and detailed stormwater runoff, erosion and water quality sedimentation <br />control plan and report shall be submitted with the application for a permit required under <br />division 2 of this article. The report shall specify installation and maintenance of controls. <br />All items noted in the erosion control and construction sequencing plans shall also be <br />included in the final construction plans. <br /> <br />(b) The report shall include the following: <br /> <br />(I) Construction sequencing as it relates to placement, maintenance and/or removal of <br />temporary erosion controls and restoration measures. The sequencing plan schedules <br />these items in the overall scheme of development; <br /> <br />(2) A list of erosion controls and maintenance thereof, for both temporary and permallent <br />controls; <br /> <br />(3) Slope stabilization techniques to be employed; and <br /> <br />(4) Method of restoration, including vegetative types as outlined in the City of Austin <br />Drainage Criteria Manual and the City of Austin Environmental Criteria Manual. seH <br />conservation service manual entitled "Erosion and Sediment Control Guidelines for <br />Developing Areas in Texas." <br /> <br />(5) Technical data showing runoff rates, soil types, quantities, etc., on appropriate <br />exhibits, including soil type, runoff, etc. <br /> <br />(6) Calculations of existing, proposed and maximum allowable impervious cover in <br />accordance with section 94.110. <br /> <br />(7) Velocity calculations on channels with slopes over two percent to verify that bank <br />erosion will not occur. <br /> <br />(c) The erosion control and construction sequencing plan shall include the following: <br /> <br />(I) A detailed erosion/sedimentation control plan and construction sequencing plan, as <br />required.
