<br />(2) Location of temporary erosion controls with maintenance note. The plan shall show <br />the physical details of the controls. <br /> <br />(3) A construction sequencing list, including the timing of the use of various controls in <br />relation to steps in the construction. <br /> <br />( 4) Clearing for the temporary storage of spoil or construction equipment or for the <br />permanent disposal of fill material or spoils shall be so designated on the site plan. <br /> <br />(5) The location, type of use and total percentage of proposed and existing impervious <br />cover on the site. Location of all temporary and permanent runoff detention basins, <br />constructed and altered waterways and other physical facilities to be installed shall <br />comply with this article. <br /> <br />(6) Preliminary plans for water and wastewater line installation shall be submitted with <br />the site development plan and shall include the use of minimum construction corridor <br />widths, minimum use of blasting that might disturb subsurface faults and fractures, <br />and the use of runoff and erosion protection measures and vegetative restoration as <br />quickly and thoroughly as possible. <br /> <br />(7) A detailed drainage plan and street layout that comply with this article; and a showing <br />of compliance with the applicable requirements of this article for control strategies. <br /> <br />(8) Special notes or attachments as may be required by other sections of this article. <br /> <br />(9) Restoration techniques employed after construction. <br /> <br />(10) Maintenance requirements for permanent drainage and water quality controls <br />indicating both the type of maintenance and interval for required maintenance. <br /> <br />(d) The plan shall adhere to the following standards pertaining to overland flow and natural <br />drainage: <br /> <br />(1) Natural drainage patterns shall be preserved whenever possible. <br /> <br />(2) The loss of the pervious character of the soil shall be limited in order to prevent <br />erosion and attenuate the harm of contaminants collected and transported by <br />storm water. <br /> <br />(3) Open surface drainage through grass-lined swales shall be utilized if possible. <br /> <br />( 4) The use of streets and street rights of way as the central drainage network shall be <br />avoided whenever practical. <br /> <br />fB Drainage swales and other areas used for conveymg stormwater runoff from <br /> <br />C:\TEMP\Drainage Interim Amendments.doc <br /> <br />5 <br />
