<br />( c) This section does not apply to sales under section 6.138 or to judicial sales made by officers <br />of courts as ordered by the courts or prescribed by law or to sales made upon the premises of the <br />county civic center. <br /> <br />Sec. 6.113. Driving or herding livestock. <br /> <br />No person shall drive or herd any livestock upon any public property within the city except as <br />provided under state law. <br /> <br />Sec. 6.114. Grazing livestock upon public property. <br /> <br />(a) No person shall permit livestock to graze upon any sidewalk, street or other public property <br />within the city. <br /> <br />(b) Horses used by law enforcement agencies are exempted from this section. <br /> <br />Sec. 6.115. Sanitation of prens and cages. <br /> <br />(a) The pen where any livestock is confined shall be kept in a clean and sanitary manner at all <br />times and is subject to inspection by the ehief-animal services manager control officer_at all times <br />between sunrise and sunset in order to determine compliance with this section. <br /> <br />(b) All fowl shall be confined in suitable sanitary pens or cages, which are subject to inspection <br />by the elHef-animal services manager control officer at all times between sunrise and sunset in <br />order to determine compliance with this section. <br /> <br />(c) Fowl shall be kept in an enclosure that is located at least 30 feet from any residential <br />dwelling, other than that of the owner. <br /> <br />(c) The droppings and fecal matter from livestock and fm;','l shall be disposed of in a sanitary <br />manner and shall not be placed in any garbage can or other container for removal by the city. <br /> <br />Sec. 6.116 Maximum number of fowl allowed. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to harbor more than eight (8) fowl over the age of one (1 ) <br />month, except in an area zoned for agricultural use. <br /> <br />Sees. 6.l1(}117--6.135.
