<br />1.2.18 Review the preliminary engineering letter report with the City and obtain concurrence before <br />proceeding to the final design phase. <br /> <br />1.2.19 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of design, surveying, right of way <br />issues, permitting, and other services as previously approved. <br /> <br />1.3 PHASE 2 - FINAL DESIGN <br /> <br />1.3.1 Attend a meeting with the City to confirm the design parameters for the project. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Perform routine coordination with the City to obtain concurrence on plan preparation. The <br />Engineer will also conduct up to six monthly coordination meetings with the City to define and <br />address any issues identified relative to the Project. The Engineer anticipates that a total of six (6) <br />meetings will be required. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Prepare final lift station hydraulics and hydraulic design of force main and gravity mains. <br /> <br />1.3.4 Perform civil and mechanical design of the lift station in accordance with applicable City and <br />State requirements. The Engineer will prepare plans for proposed facilities including civil and <br />mechanical site plans for the lift station, mechanical plan and sections, and miscellaneous details. <br /> <br />1.3.5 Perform detailed structural design of the lift station. The Engineer will prepare plans for <br />proposed facilities including structural plan and section and structural construction details. <br /> <br />1.3.6 Perform electrical design of the lift station in accordance with applicable City and State <br />requirements. The Engineer will prepare plans for proposed facilities including an electrical site <br />plan, standby generator design, SCADA, control schematics, and electrical details. The Engineer <br />anticipates that the primary electrical service for the lift station, including the distribution system, <br />pole mounted cut-out fuses, current transformers, watt hour meters and main disconnect breakers <br />will be furnished and installed by others. The Engineer will include provisions for the automatic <br />transfer of power from the primary (normal) electrical service to the secondary (backup) electrical <br />service for the lift station as a component of the Project. <br /> <br />1.3.7 Prepare detailed plan and profile drawings for the force main and gravity interceptor detailing <br />size, depth, routing, and construction details at minimum scales of 1 "=50' horizontal and 1" = 5' <br />vertical. The Engineer assumes, for the purposes of this Agreement, that 2,250 linear feet of new <br />dual 12114-inch force main and 6,500 linear feet of new 24-inch gravity main will be required. <br /> <br />1.3.8 Meet with TxDOT to coordinate construction of proposed improvements in TxDOT's rights- <br />of-way. The Engineer will prepare and submit permit applications to TxDOT to construct pipelines <br />in their rights-of-way where applicable, and for applicable bores. <br /> <br />1.3.9 Prepare a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan ("SWPPP") and prepare notification forms <br /> <br />4 <br />
