2. Construct two new primary underground electric feeders capable of <br />providing two 800 Amp capacity primary service in Hutchinson St. <br />and North LBJ with an underground electric vault at a location <br />mutually acceptable to Texas State and the City proximate to the <br />Texas State proposed South Chill Plant. <br />3. Remove overhead electric service and relocate said service and <br />infrastructure components per City's design to an underground <br />location determined by the City. <br />4. Remove poles from the north side of University Drive between C.M. <br />Allen Parkway and N. LBJ Drive. <br />b. Temporary Transformers. Texas State does not anticipate temporary <br />transformers will be necessary for its project. However, if temporary <br />transformers become necessary, Texas State will purchase and pay <br />for the cost of any temporary transformers necessary to provide <br />temporary power for the CPACI project and will calculate and submit <br />temporary load calculations to City on or before July 1, 2011. City will <br />review necessary loads, determine any load reallocation to the City's <br />system and optimal locations to provide temporary service necessary <br />for the CPACI project. City will not be responsible for any delays in <br />transformer delivery and Texas State understands that significant <br />delay times for delivery are possible. <br />c. City agrees to provide temporary electric service with power capacity <br />of 2.0 MVA to the Texas State South Chill Plant on or before milestone <br />4 provided Section 3.02 b deadlines and requirements are met. <br />Temporary power will be billed at the Texas State University rate class <br />(Texas State rate schedule in City of San Marcos, Electric Utility Rate <br />Schedule booklet) in effect at the time the power is provided to the <br />South Chill Plant delivery site. <br />3.03 Cost Estimates and Payment. <br />a. Cost Estimates. Texas State will pay the City for actual costs directly <br />associated with the DEUP underground work generally described in <br />Sections 3.02(a) 3 -4 and 3.02b and 3.09 and detailed in the Engineers <br />Project Cost Estimate attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated <br />herein. <br />b. Payment. Payment is due from Texas State for the underground portion <br />of the DEUP in detailed Exhibit B prior to the City's bid award which is <br />estimated to occur on or before March 20, 2012.
