The City will remit an itemized summary and bill to Texas State for the <br />balance of any project costs owed for project overages or change orders <br />within 30 days of final project completion. University will pay for work <br />performed under this Agreement in accordance with TExAS GOVERNMENT <br />CODE, SECTION 2251.021. In the event a refund is due Texas State a <br />check for the amount due will accompany the itemized summary. <br />3.04 Additional Project Costs. The costs estimated in Exhibit B do not <br />include design, easement acquisition professional services fees, <br />easement acquisition payments to property owners, temporary or <br />permanent transformers, or any costs related to communications <br />relocation or installation.
