MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomason and a second by Council Member Terry, the City Council voted (7) for and (0) opposed, except on Item #11 where Council Member Porterfield and Council Member Jones abstained (affidavits for business were filed with the City Clerk's Office -see attached), to approve the Consent Agenda, with the exception of item 13 which was pulled from the consent agenda and considered separately.
