<br />Project on disciplinary grounds or for non-performance. In the event an individual is <br />removed from the Project by demand of the City, the Consultant will make commercially <br />reasonable efforts to submit a replacement within two weeks. Such replacement will be <br />subject to acceptance by the City. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Project reports: Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the City. Progress <br />reports will briefly summarize progress of work tasks, key decisions that will require input <br />from or discussion with the City staff, whether the Project is on schedule, and a list of <br />problems or unresolved issues. The project manager will also maintain an issues list, <br />identifying each issue, the date it was known as an issue, the person responsible for a <br />solution to the issue, the date the solution is required, and the date solution is achieved or <br />implemented. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Meetings and presentations: Participate in meetings with City staff including an <br />initial meeting, monthly progress meetings, and follow-up meetings as required by the City. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Utilization of all features of the System: Recommend better ways in which to utilize <br />the features of the System as well as ways to streamline any process using the software. <br />Based upon recommendations, the City will decide whether to proceed with the <br />recommendations. The Consultant will then incorporate City-approved changes into the <br />Project. <br /> <br />1.2.6 Project Billing, Project Costing, Inventory, Discoverer and Alerts modules: Assistthe <br />City in installing and implementing Oracle Project Billing, Project Costing, Inventory, <br />Discoverer and Alerts modules, which the City did not include in its initial implementation <br />of Oracle financial software. <br /> <br />1.2.7 Data conversion: Assist the City in converting the City's existing data from Oracle <br />Database version 7.3.4 to version 8i. <br /> <br />1.2.8 Hardware recommendations and installation of the applications: Assist the City in <br />developing specifications for the purchasing of servers and related equipment and <br />supplies, with regard to size, memory and disk space, and assist in the installation of the <br />software when the servers are delivered. The Consultant has determined that this upgrade <br />will require the City to purchase two new servers. <br /> <br />1.3 TRAINING <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Differences in version 10.7 and version 11 i: Train the following City employees who <br />use the software in the differences between Oracle Financials version 10.7 to version 11 i. <br /> <br />a) There are 17 users in the City Finance Department who will require training <br /> <br />3 <br />
