321 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />5. Project Documentation Services <br />5.1 Units <br />New Dawn will provide no more than 16 hour(s) of project documentation services. <br />5.2 Description <br />Project Documentation Services are provided to Customers by a New Dawn Technical Writer and coordinated <br />by the new Dawn Project Manager for the development of Customer specific administrator and end -user <br />manuals. Manuals will be configured to include workflow, procedures, and other detailed Customer <br />information. <br />5.3 New Dawn Responsibilities <br />a) Project Manager will provide assistance to the Customer to define the scope of documentation. <br />b) Technical Writer will document code tables, security profiles, data partitioning, code partitioning, business <br />rules, JWXML screens, and any other JustWare configurations defined for the Customer. <br />c) Documentation items will include Customer specific administration manual, end -user manual, <br />quick - reference guides, training manuals, or other documentation defined by Customer and New Dawn <br />Project Manager to best fit the needs of the Customer within contracted documentation hours. <br />d) Provide the finished work product in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Rich Text Format. <br />5.4 Customer Responsibilities <br />a) Assign staff member or members who are familiar with the policies, procedures and workflow in all <br />departments in the City. <br />b) Review documentation to ensure work completed matches the JustWare configurations, workflows, and <br />business rules for the customer. <br />5.5 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when billable hour(s) of documentation purchased by the Customer have <br />been used and customer has acknowledged completion. Customer may ask for a report of used and remaining <br />hours at anytime. <br />,v V L New Dawn <br />
