341 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />7. JustWare Onsite Start Meeting & Req. Gathering <br />7.1 Units <br />New Dawn will provide no more than 24 hour(s) of onsite attendance and assistance to be delivered by the <br />New Dawn Project Manager for the Start Meeting of the project in order to gather preliminary requirements. <br />Onsite attendance and assistance is conducted in blocks of up to eight (8) hours per day. <br />During this meeting, New Dawn's Project manager will review the scope of the project, review all contracted <br />deliverables, discuss initial project plan, review workflow, review existing case management functions, data <br />conversion services and data field mapping between InfoSol and JustWare <br />For this meeting to be productive the Customer project team must be in attendance, the Customer team <br />should include, but not be limited to; Elected /appointed official(s), Customer project manager, prospective <br />Software Administrators, Workflow subject matter experts, Documents and Reports subject matter experts, IT <br />subject matter experts, and Current Case Management subject matter experts. <br />7.2 Description <br />The objective of this task is to provide onsite attendance for the Start Meeting of the project and initial <br />requirements gathering to begin the project. <br />7.3 New Dawn Responsibilities <br />a) Coordinate the onsite trip with Customer and New Dawn resources. <br />b) Provide required documentation in preparation for onsite attendance. <br />7.4 Customer Responsibilities <br />a) Make arrangements and assignments for all required personnel to attend onsite Start Meeting; including <br />elected /appointed official(s). <br />b) Acknowledge that an onsite start meeting requested will not occur less than 14 business days after the <br />signing of this Agreement to avoid additional airline scheduling fees. If the meeting has been scheduled, <br />cancellation of this meeting must occur two (2) business days in advance of the training. If cancellation of <br />the meeting occurs less than 48 hours prior to the meeting, the allocated meeting time will be billed to the <br />Customer. <br />c) Acknowledge that any scheduling changes from a scheduled onsite training trip that is canceled by <br />Customer may result in additional airline change fees and Customer acknowledges that it will pay these <br />fees. <br />7.5 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when New Dawn has provided the described services to Customer personnel <br />and customer has acknowledged completion. <br />A4NewDawn <br />
