351 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />S. JustWare Post go Days Go Live (Onsite Training Follow Up <br />Assistance) <br />8.1 Units <br />New Dawn will provide no more than 16 hour(s) of instructional training and onsite assistance. Onsite <br />Training follow up assistance will be provided after all implementation training and Go -Live. Training and <br />onsite assistance is conducted in blocks of up to eight (8) hours per day as arranged by the Customer and New <br />Dawn Project Manager and will occur no sooner than go business days following Go -Live. Additional onsite <br />configuration hours may be purchased at any time. <br />8.2 Description <br />The objective of this task is to provide onsite assistance, training and enhancement of existing JustWare <br />system use. <br />8.3 New Dawn Responsibilities <br />a) Thirty days prior to scheduled and agreed upon trip work with Customer to determine training and <br />assistance plan for onsite trip. <br />b) Provide onsite training, general support and assistance to Software end users, administrators, and <br />managers. <br />c) Identify trainees who may need additional assistance and follow -up. <br />8.4 Customer Responsibilities <br />Agree to the same requirements as defined in Section 74 <br />8.5 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when New Dawn has provided the described services to Customer personnel <br />and customer has acknowledged completion. <br />4 V 4 New Dawn <br />
