361 CONTRACT TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS - QT- 2901/3 <br />9. JustWare ReportAuthor Training - Online <br />9.1 Units <br />New Dawn will provide no more than eight (8) hour(s) of online instructional training. Training will be <br />conducted after Go -Live, in blocks of time of four (4) hours per day as arranged by Customer and New Dawn <br />Project Manager. <br />9.2 Description <br />The objective of this task is to instruct Customer report and ad -hoc query author personnel on the report <br />writing functionality of JustWare (Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder). <br />9.3 New Dawn Responsibilities <br />a) Instruct designated Customer personnel on the use of the JustWare report writing software. <br />b) Instruct designated Customer personnel on the deployment of Customer created reports. <br />c) Track the number of hours used and the number of allotted hours remaining. <br />d) Instruct Customer on the use of Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder, the end user ad -hoc query tool in <br />SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. <br />e) Provide general assistance but not formal training to Customers who have received third party training on <br />Microsoft Business Intelligence Development Studio. <br />9.4 Customer Responsibilities <br />a) Agree to the same requirements as defined in Section 7.4. <br />b) Have the appropriate SQL Server permissions to access the JustWare database, meet the minimum <br />requirements for JustWare and have the JustWare Maintenance program installed prior to beginning of <br />Training. <br />c) If advanced reporting writing functionality is required, the customer has the option to contract with New <br />Dawn for Microsoft Business Intelligence Services. <br />9.5 Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when New Dawn has provided the described training to Customer personnel <br />and customer has acknowledged completion. <br />, &4NewDawn <br />
