RFP 211 -037 signals, or blockage. The successful Proponent will submit a sample traffic analysis report with its proposal (see Section 6.1.). P. TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES REQUIREMENTS: 1. Local services: The successful Proponent will install or enhance local services for each location. The City will retain its current DID Numbering plan as well as other published numbers throughout the City's network. a) Circuit Requirements: Local services are defined as circuits and /or features that provide incoming and outgoing services to the City. These services include, but are not limited to, T1 PRI (utilizing Dynamic Channel Access), calling number display, DID numbers, DID trunks and ground start PBX trunks. The four (4) PBX locations that require local services are as follows: 1. Municipal Building, 630 E Hopkins Street, Nortel CS1000E: There are two (2) T1 PRI spans that terminate at this location. These T1 PRI spans process outgoing local and incoming DID calls. A calling number is supplied to the end user. This site is capable of N12 which will allow the City to receive both incoming calling number and name display. Dynamic Channel Access is deployed in order to fully utilize all channels within both T1 Spans. The (6) six blocks of DID numbers supported by these T1 spans are 512 - 393 -8000 through 512 - 393 -8499 and 512 - 805 -2600 through 512 - 805 -2699. Twenty -nine (29) ground start PBX trunks are installed to provide back up to local services and power failure stations. The Municipal Building hosts an estimated one hundred (100) dry loops from 630 E Hopkins Street to various locations throughout the City. These dry loops provide analog extensions off of the PBX to various locations. 2. San Marcos Electric Utilities Building, 1040 Highway 123, Nortel Option 11C: There are twenty -one ground start PBX trunks installed to provide back up to local services and power failure stations. There is one (1) dedicated block of DID numbers: 512 - 393 -8300 through 512 - 393 -8399. 3. Grant Harris Building, 401 E Hopkins Street, Nortel Option 11 C: There are fourteen (14) ground start PBX trunks installed to provide back up to local services and power failure stations. There is one (1) dedicated block of DID numbers: 512 - 393 -8400 through 512 - 393 -8499. 4. Police Department, 2300 IH -35 South, Nortel Option 11 C: This site has three (3) dedicated blocks of DID numbers: 512 - 753 -2100 through 2199; 512 - 754 -2200 through 2299; and 512 - 753 -2300 through 2399 (all inclusive). These numbers are routed to ten DID Trunks for incoming callers. There are eighteen (18) ground start PBX trunks installed to provide back up to local services and power failure stations. This location also has the E911 equipment; this equipment is not a part of this proposal. X
