RFP 211 -037 <br />b) Installation Requirements: The successful Proponent will install, activate <br />and /or enhance long distance services after business hours during the lowest <br />traffic period for all locations. All services terminating at the City's property <br />will be clearly labeled (and the Visio diagram updated) by the successful <br />Proponent at the D -MARC. <br />1. Equipment: The successful Proponent will install and maintain all <br />equipment needed for long distance services. The Proponent will include <br />in its proposal a description of its installation requirements; including <br />power, space, etc. for all equipment. All equipment will remain the <br />property of the successful Proponent and will be maintained by the <br />successful Proponent for the duration of the contract. All installation costs <br />for equipment will be included on the Cost Proposal Form (See <br />Attachment "A "). <br />2. Cable: <br />a. Exterior /Interior Cable: The successful Proponent will complete all <br />exterior and interior cabling requirements. All installation and material <br />costs will be included on the Cost Proposal Form (See Attachment <br />„A„ <br />b. Tie Cable: The successful Proponent will complete any required tie <br />cabling. All installation and material costs will be included on the Cost <br />Proposal Form (See Attachment "A "). <br />3. Lightning Protection: The successful Proponent will provide all lightning <br />protection required for the Project. All equipment will remain the property <br />of the successful Proponent and will be maintained for the duration of the <br />contract. All installation and material costs will be included on the Cost <br />Proposal Form (See Attachment "A "). <br />3. Point -to -Point T1 Services: <br />a) Circuit Requirements: There are two separate Point -to -Point TI circuits within <br />the City's data network required between each physical location listed below <br />for data connectivity. The physical address of each circuit is as follows: <br />1. 630 E Hopkins Street (Municipal Building) to 700 N. LBJ (WIC Building) <br />2. 2300 IH -35 South (Police Department) to 4015 IH -35 (Tanger Outlet) <br />b) Installation Requirements: The successful Proponent will install Point -to- <br />Point T1 services after business hours during the lowest traffic period at each <br />site. All services terminating at the City's property will be clearly labeled (and <br />the Visio diagram updated) by the successful Proponent at the D -MARC. <br />11 <br />
