1.0.8 The Contractor agrees to notify the City in writing within 10 calendar days of any change <br />in federal or state regulations, guidelines or laws that will adversely affect its performance under <br />this Agreement. In addition, the Contractor will notify the City of any services that become <br />available to the City throughout the term of the Agreement. <br />1.0.9 All services provided by the Contractor under this Agreement will be provided through <br />the Contractor's branch office located at 208 South Guadalupe Street, San Marcos, Texas. The <br />City understands that it is to direct all service problems with the representative designated in <br />subsection 1.0.7 above or the representative's designee. <br />1.1 SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor will perform these Basic Services which are also described in detail in the <br />City's Request for Proposal 211 -037 ( "RFP 211- 037 ") (Attachment A) and the Contractor's <br />Response to RFP 211 -037 (Attachment B). The Contractor will: <br />1.1.1 Telecommunications Services Requirements:, <br />A) Local Services: Install or enhance local services for each City location. The City will <br />retain its current DID Numbering plan as well as other published numbers throughout <br />the City's network. <br />1) Circuit Requirements: Local services are defined as circuits and/or features that <br />provide incoming and outgoing services to the City. These services include, but <br />are not limited to, TI PRI (utilizing Dynamic Channel Access), calling number <br />display, DID numbers, DID trunks and ground start PBX trunks. The four (4) <br />PBX locations for which the Contractor will provide local services are as follows: <br />a) Municipal Building, 630 E Hopkins Street, Nortel CS1000E,: Two (2) T1 <br />PRI spans that terminate at this location. These T1 PRI spans process <br />outgoing local and incoming DID calls. A calling number is supplied to the <br />end user. This site is capable of NI2 which will allow the City to receive both <br />incoming calling number and name display. Dynamic Channel Access is <br />deployed in order to fully utilize all channels within both TI Spans. The (6) <br />six blocks of DID numbers supported by these T1 spans are 512- 393 -8000 <br />through 512- 393 -8499 and 512- 805 -2600 through 512- 805 -2699. Twenty - <br />nine (29) ground start PBX trunks are installed to provide back up to local <br />services and power failure stations. The Municipal Building hosts an <br />estimated one hundred (100) dry loops from 630 E Hopkins Street to various <br />locations throughout the City. These dry loops provide analog extensions off <br />of the PBX to various locations. <br />Telecommunications Services Agreement 2011 <br />
