b) San Marcos Electric Utilities Building, 1040 Highwav 123, Nortel Option <br />11 C: Twenty -one ground start PBX trunks are installed to provide back up to <br />local services and power failure stations. There is one (1) dedicated block of <br />DID numbers: 512- 393 -8300 through 512- 393 -8399. <br />c) Grant Harris Building, 401 E Hopkins Street, Nortel Option 11 C: Fourteen <br />(14) ground start PBX trunks are installed to provide back up to local services <br />and power failure stations. There is one (1) dedicated block of DID numbers: <br />512- 393 -8400 through 512- 393 -8499. <br />d) Police Department. 2300 IH -35 South, Nortel Option 11C,: There are three (3) <br />dedicated blocks of DID numbers: 512- 753 -2100 through 2199; 512- 754 -2200 <br />through 2299; and 512- 753 -2300 through 2399 (all inclusive) at this location. <br />These numbers are routed to ten (10) DID Trunks for incoming callers. There <br />are eighteen (18) ground start PBX trunks installed to provide back up to local <br />services and power failure stations. This location also has the E911 <br />equipment; consideration of this equipment is not a part of this Agreement. <br />2) Installation Requirements.: Clearly label all services terminating at the City's <br />property at the D -MARC. The Contractor will provide the City with an inventory <br />(and Visio diagram) of each physical location which details each installed circuit <br />and its use. The Contractor will include the physical address of each circuit on all <br />billing and customer service records. <br />a) Cable: <br />Exterior /Interior Cable: Complete all exterior and interior cabling <br />requirements. All installation and material costs are included on the Cost <br />Proposal Form (Attachment "C "). <br />2. Tie Cable: Complete any required tie cabling. All installation and <br />material costs are included on the Cost Proposal Form (Attachment "C "). <br />b) Equipment: Install and maintain all equipment needed for local services in <br />accordance with its installation requirements, including power, space, etc. for <br />all equipment (Attachment A). All equipment will remain the property of the <br />Contractor and will be maintained by the Contractor for the duration of the <br />Project at no additional cost. All installation costs for equipment are included <br />in Attachment C. <br />c) Lightning Protection: Provide the proper communications lightning <br />protection in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association <br />Telecommunications Services Agreement 2011 <br />
