Distance Services: Install long distance services for both dedicated and <br />switched access. The City will retain its current 800 Numbers. The City does not <br />require authorization codes for outgoing long distance. <br />1) Circuit Reauirements: The City will utilize the two existing T1 PRI spans for <br />long distance. The long distance services are located at the Municipal Building, <br />630 E. Hopkins Street, terminating in the Nortel CSIOOOE. All incoming 800 <br />numbers are routed to this location. Current toll free numbers are as follows: <br />800 - 324 -4098 rings to station 512- 393 -8040 <br />888 - 286 -4486 rings to station 512- 393 -8043 <br />2) Installation Re(iuirements: Install, activate and/or enhance long distance services <br />after business hours during the lowest traffic period for all locations. All services <br />terminating at the City's property will be clearly labeled (and the Visio diagram <br />updated) by the Contractor at the D -MARC. <br />a) Cable: <br />1. Exterior /Interior Cable: Complete all exterior and interior cabling <br />requirements. All installation and material costs are included on the Cost <br />Proposal Form (Attachment "C "). <br />2. Tie Cable: Complete any required tie cabling. All installation and <br />material costs are included on the Cost Proposal Form (Attachment "C "). <br />b) E(Mpment: Install and maintain all equipment needed for long distance <br />services in accordance with the installation requirements, including power, <br />space, etc. for all equipment (Attachment A). All equipment will remain the <br />property of the Contractor and will be maintained by the Contractor for the <br />duration of this Agreement at no additional cost.
