Technical Capability: Provide the following information on personnel: <br />a) Number of technicians in the local office; <br />Sixteen. <br />b) Number of technicians certified; and <br />All 16 technicians are certified in multiple areas. <br />c) Background and experience of your Operations Manger, Project Manager, Service <br />Technician(s), Equipment Installation Technician(s), Software Designer /Programmer, <br />and Cable Installation Technician(s) <br />John Navarrette, Operations Manager 36 years of telephone experience including <br />Outside Plant Installation and Repair, Cable Maintenance, Business Technician, <br />Business Service Manager, Business Operations Manager, and Area Operations <br />Manager <br />David Claypool, Project Manager 26 years experience. <br />Service Technicians: Allen Barta, 25 years; Keith Rollings, 26 years; Lynn Farr, 15 <br />years; Monica Alva, 11 years & Tino Salas, 32 years. <br />Equipment Installation Technicians: Joe Gold, 30 years & Keith Ralph, 35 years. <br />Software Designer /'Programmer: Monica Alva, 15 years & Allen Barta, 25 years <br />Cable Installation Technicians: Jerry Bass, 15 years; Gary Thomas, 20years; & <br />Toby Jones, 12 years. <br />4. Subcontractors: Any subcontractor who assists the successful Proponent in the <br />performance of this work will meet the same training and certification requirements as <br />the successful Proponent. <br />No subcontractors will be used. <br />C. CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUIREMENTS <br />Provide its customer service number for local services, the location of its customer <br />service operation, the hours and days of its normal operation (staffed by a "live" person), <br />and a description of what happens to callers when the customer service number is not <br />"manned ". <br />Customer Service may be reached by dialing "611" or 800 - 824 -2877. Both numbers <br />are manned by a "live" person 7 x 24 x 365 days per year. <br />D.
