IMPLEMENTATION PLAN /SCHEDULE <br />Provide an implementation plan and schedule (See Section 3.H). <br />After the contract is signed, any further implementation needed will be scheduled, <br />as CenturyLink is the current provider to the City of San Marcos for the RFP <br />requested services. Unless additional services are needed or services need to be <br />modified, implementation is already complete. <br />F. REPAIR DOCUMENTATION <br />Provide repair procedure documentation (See Section 31.3). <br />CenturyLink will generate a repair ticket for any system failure or anomaly <br />reported by the City of San Marcos, or one if its users. CenturyLink will prepare <br />and maintain complete records of each call detailing all pertinent information and <br />provide a copy to the City via email upon successful completion of each service <br />request placed. A complete document library of all calls placed will be maintained <br />and available for inspection by the City upon its request. <br />G. DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN <br />Provide a disaster recovery plan for force majeure events (See Section 3.M). <br />CenturyLink is committed to protecting your communications services. We <br />continue to build upon a history of business continuity planning and a program <br />that includes business resumption, disaster recovery and incident management. <br />The Business Continuity Program is an enterprise -wide effort with corporate <br />oversight to assure implementation is consistent across the Company.
