C) National Electrical Code, National Fire Protection Association, NFPA No. 70. 1.1.3 Utility Coordination: Place all orders for central office lines, Primary Rate Interface ( "PRI's "), private lines, long distance services, telephone numbers and any other requests in coordination with the City. 1. 1.4 Grounding: Be responsible for proper communications grounding and bonding in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association ( "NFPA ") as well as any local codes that specify additional grounding and/or bonding requirements. The Contractor will verify that the City's telecommunications grounding system is consistent with the equipment manufacturer's recommendations for equipment protection and personnel safety and will bear all costs for this. 1.1.5 Commencement of Services: Prior to commencing any of its services, notify the City that work has begun onsite. Once working on a site, the Contractor's technician will not leave the site without informing the City of the status of the job, the reason for leaving, and expected time of return. 1.1.6 Accentance of the Proiect: Satisfy the following criteria so that the City can finally accept the Project: A) Overall compliance with the requirements of the RFP 211 -037, as well as the quality of installation and condition of equipment rooms. The City will not accept the Project until all required cable and equipment has been installed and marked appropriately at the D -MARL. B) All new or enhanced services perform at 100% availability, without any failures, for a period of ten (10) business days from the date of cutover. C) Expectations have been met with regard to the installation requirements, repair procedures and history file, and the Contractor has supplied to the City any other requested documentation or information requested based on a survey conducted by the City. Upon completion of the site survey, the City will submit a letter to the Contractor detailing any items that may require further attention by the Contractor prior to the City's acceptance of the Project.
