Sections 1 and 2 and Infrastructure Improvements, Blanco Vista Subdivision, Tract 1, Section A and School Tract, Blanco Vista Subdivision Tract C, Section A and Trail Ridge Pass Church Subdivision located at the northeast corner of Trail Ridge Pass and Jacob Lane, the southwest corner of Trail Ridge Pass and Blanco Vista Boulevard and extending south to include Phase 2 of the Blanco Vista Subdivision, and located at the intersection of Blanco Vista Boulevard and Old Settlers Drive to include Phase 1 of the Blanco Vista Subdivision from "MU" Mixed Use District to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "MU" Mixed Use District; approving Planned Development District standards for the Blanco Vista Subdivision PDD (City initiated); including procedural provisions; and providing for penalties. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -39 amending the Land Use Plan and Development Standards for the Paso Robles PDD previously approved by Ordinance No. 2010 -59 to reflect the removal of the north -south arterial roadway located along the western boundary of the proiect site (the western arterial) and the collector from the southeast corner of the proiect site from the proposed thoroughfare network described therein; providing a savings clause; providing for the repeal of any conflicting provisions; and providing an effective date.
