<br />1.1.4 No work under this Agreement will be subcontracted by the Consultant without prior <br />written approval from the City. Any work or services subcontracted under this Agreement <br />shall be specified by separate written Agreement and shall be subject to each provision of <br />this Agreement. <br /> <br />1.1.5 Any provisions in this Agreement pertaining to the City's review, approval and/or <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Consultant and/or its sub-consultants, <br />contractors, and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the <br />Consultant's responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />1.1.6 Consultant will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The <br />Consultant will advise the City of data and information the Consultant needs to perform its <br />services, and the Consultant will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient <br />times to assemble this data and information. <br /> <br />1.2 TASK 1 - PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Project Reports. Prepare monthly and bi-weekly interim project reports. These <br />Project Reports will summarize the progress of the Project to date, identify all current <br />issues and any recent developments associated with outstanding issues. The Consultant <br />will deliver these reports to the City on a monthly and bi-weekly basis in hard-copy, <br />Microsoft Word, and Adobe.pdf formats. <br /> <br />1.2.2 City Issues "Hot List". Prepare and maintain a City issues "Hot List" to contain <br />issues specifically identified by the City as priority. These issues will be described in detail <br />and contain the summary of actions taken or planned for the issues. The "Hot List" will be <br />submitted at regular intervals with the project reports as stated in Section 1.2.1. <br /> <br />1.2.3 Project Schedules. Prepare and maintain a project schedule in Microsoft Project. <br />This schedule will include relevant progress on project tasks. The Consultant will submit <br />updated project schedules in hard-copy, Microsoft Project and Adobe.pdf formats at <br />regular intervals with the Project Reports. <br /> <br />1.2.4 Subcontract Administration. Prepare and execute Work Authorization based <br />subcontracts. These subcontracts are parent contracts between the consultant and <br />respective subcontractors. Tasks scopes, fees and payment types are defined by individual <br />Work Authorizations. <br /> <br />1.2.5 Public Notices. Prepare public notices in hard-copy, Microsoft Word and Adobe. <br />pdf formats for each of the two identified public meetings and submit these notices to the <br />City for review and approval.
