<br />1.2.6 Meeting Agendas. Meeting Minutes. and Meeting Input Summaries. Prepare <br />meeting agendas for all twelve identified project meetings with City staff, for the two (2) <br />identified public meetings, and the one identified stakeholder meeting. The Consultant <br />will submit meeting agendas to the for approval no less than 24 hours priorto said meeting. <br />The Consultant will prepare meeting minutes for the project meetings and stakeholder <br />meetings. In addition, the Consultant will prepare Meeting Participant Input Summaries, <br />both edited and unedited for the identified public meetings. The following items will be <br />delivered to the City by the Consultant in hard-copy, Microsoft Word and Adobe.pdf <br />formats: <br /> <br />a) Twelve meeting agendas for project meetings. <br />b) Two meeting agendas for public meetings. <br />c) One meeting agenda for stakeholder Meeting. <br />d) Two City Council workshop meetings. <br />e) Meeting minutes for the seventeen above identified meetings. <br />f) Two meeting participant input summaries (edited and unedited) for the identified <br />public meetings. <br /> <br />1.2.7 City of San Marcos Project Meetings. Attend a "kick-off' meeting with the City to <br />establish working relationships between members of the consulting team and various City <br />staff members and to discuss and finalize aspects of the project schedule and other <br />relative topics. The City and Consultant will attend twelve project meetings monthly in the <br />City of San Marcos Department of Environment and Engineering. <br /> <br />1.3 TASK 2 - COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Communications Plan Workshop. Facilitate one Communications Plan Workshop. <br />This Workshop will cooperatively develop the Communications Plan for public involvement <br />for the TMP effort within the allocated budget. The Consultant will deliver to the City a <br />TMP Communications Plan Technical Memorandum and a written summary of the <br />meeting, which will include a list of needed data and an agreement on who will provide <br />them. <br /> <br />1.4 TASK 3 - STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS, PUBLIC MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS <br /> <br />The Consultant will: <br /> <br />1.4.1 Public Meetings and Stakeholder Meetings. Prepare for and attend the two <br />identified public meetings, the two identified workshops and the one identified stakeholder <br />meeting.
